Our 2026 Summer Programme is nearly here, and this year it’s bigger and better than ever, with new activities at fantastic prices for the whole family!
Get ready for a season full of fun, adventure and fantastic experiences for all ages.
From creative sessions to outdoor activities and full-day camps, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

🛟We have 1x place remaining on our upcoming National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Course!🛟

You must be at least 16 years old by the exam date and be able to complete a pre-requisite swim test :
🟥Swim 100 metres continuously on front
🟥Swim 100 metres continuously on back
🟥Swim 50 metres in one minute or less
🟥Jump or dive into the pool in deep water
🟥Tread water, in deep water for 30 seconds
🟥Climb out of the pool unaided, without the use of steps or ladders
🟥Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool (minimum of 1.8 metres)
Course dates:
Thursday 28th May 3-9pm
Friday 29th May 3-9pm
Saturday 30th May 9-5pm
Sunday 31st May 9-5pm
Thursday 4th June 3-9pm
Friday 5th June 3-9pm
Saturday 6th June from 8am (exam day)
100% attendance of the course is expected and required to be able to complete the course and sit the exam.

We currently have spaces available in our Adult & Child Swim Sessions on Mondays at 10:15 and 10:45 and Tuesdays at 1:30pm.

We’ve contacted everyone on our waiting list who requested lessons at this time. If you think you should have received an email but haven’t, please get in touch and let us know.

👶💦 These sessions are a wonderful way to bond with your child and introduce them to the water while building their core aquatic skills.
Each 30-minute lesson is packed with toys, songs, splashing, and swimming fun!

🎾Tennis lessons are resuming on Sunday 26th April until Sunday 14th June! There is no session on Sunday 3rd May 🎾

If you're looking for a new hobby come along, meet the friendly bunch and see if it's for you! All abilities welcome.

We have Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 swimming lesson spaces available for children from the age of 5yrs at Alford Swimming Pool!
When:
Various spaces available - Monday, Wednesday and Friday after school or on a Saturday morning.
Perfect for beginners, these fun and supportive sessions help your child gain water confidence and develop key swimming skills.
