Lovely Linzi has embraced Step 3 of the 1:1 Diet, motivated herself with running and walking whilst the gyms have been shut, and I think it's fair to say has lost several inches!

Coconut flavoured rice and Fish Cake 🥥

Serves 2
Suitable from Step 3

90g white rice
1 teaspoon coconut flavouring
250ml water

Add NEW Coconut 🥥 water flavouring to the water then cook rice in it. Really sweet and good!
