CURA are working in partnership with HEATH CARE GROUP (HEATH SOLO) to source a number of new Residential Support Workers to work within their newly built, SOLO occupancy, residential provisions for young people (8 years - 17 years) in Cheshire.
HEATH CARE GROUP is a new provider of therapeutic care, early intervention and education for children and young people with varied degrees of Emotional Behavioural Difficulties specialising in SOLO Occupancy provisions.
As a Qualified Support Worker you will be mainly involved with supporting the young people on a 1-1 and 2:1 basis and act as a key worker within the residential home.
You will also assist the Team Leader and Registered Manager to ensure the best outcomes possible are reached for each young person.
You will develop and maintain professional relationships with: Children and young people looked after at the home, Families, Team members, Other professionals working with / looking after young people, representatives of OFSTED.
The role is paying £24,430 + £30 per shift lone working + Benefits (inc Sleep ins).
"MUST HOLD THE LEVEL 3 IN CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE'S WORKFORCE OR SIMILAR"
Driving license is ESSENTIAL.
Must have some experience of working with challenging young people.
All offers are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and references.
