After a very busy summer we thought it would be a bit of a treat to have a go at the Floating Sound Baths offered by . So we got the lovely ladies who work so hard to keep our barns and cottages so sparkly and lovely all the time together to float away our worries!!

And what a lovely session, the sense of calm as the sound waves pass over you was just lovely, and we all left feeling a lot lighter (and rather sleepy!!)

Give it a go yourself
