We have been talking about a special birthday for one of our little people in half term and we sang happy birthday.
We have also been playing with some different dressing up of pumpkins, spider man and capes for witches.
They had a fun day. Making friendships and turn taking.

We’ve been out for a look around the village to see what autumn things, we could find, now the mornings are cooler.
We came across lots of leaves, pumpkins and conker shells.
We then made our own pumpkin face at preschool.

We have been talking about Going on a Bear Hunt story.We have collecting twigs we found outside to made paths and roads....

This weeks story was Elmer. We enjoyed listening to how Elmer helped the dull rainbow and shared his colours. We’ve explored lots of colours finding things around preschool, making our own rainbow and decorating our own festival elephants. We finished the week like Elmer in the rain visiting Quince Honey Farm for a lovely walk around the Meadow Trail.

We had a visitor today. One of our lovely families brought in their pet Guinea pig from home for us to learn how to look after them and have a cuddle.
A massive thank you to them for bringing in Bounty and Jelly Bean.
We all had a fun morning feeding, cuddling and petting them .

We have noticed the days are changing and it’s starting to feel cooler.
We spent the day talking about “The Little Red Hen”.
We made our own bread rolls and cooked them at preschool.
We then ate some for snack and took some home .
