Looking for work, but the school run keeps getting in the way? 🏫

You're not alone. For lots of parents, finding jobs that fit around the school run and term times is one of the hardest parts of getting back into work.

That's where our Working for Families team comes in, offering return to work support for parents that's tailored to you. You'll get a dedicated caseworker who works with you one to one to support you, including finding term-time jobs and flexible working that suit your family. Many of these roles are in schools, which makes them school hours jobs where the hours often line up with the school day and the holidays.

Through our partnership with North Lanarkshire Council, we can get you interviews for ideal jobs for parents that will suit you, as long as you meet the essential criteria. All whilst your caseworker stays with you the whole way with advice and interview preparation so you feel ready on the day.

OUR JOBS FAIRS ARE BACK IN COATBRIDGE 😁

Routes to Work will be hosting a jobs fair in COATBRIDGE on FRIDAY 23RD OCTOBER in the CLIFTON SUITE @ COATBRIDGE COMMUNITY STADIUM from 12PM - 2:30PM.

If you're currently out of work and looking for jobs in Coatbridge and nearby, then this jobs fair is the perfect opportunity for you to meet local and national employers that are recruiting right now!

There will be employers there recruiting for roles suitable for all skills and experience levels, so there will be something there for everyone 🙌 This will also be an opportunity to get some advice on your job search and you can even register with Routes to Work on the day to get job search support and more!
