Really excited to be launching New Gens placement diaries for students!!

Guys, these aren't just diaries. They're designed for intentional productivity and include crucial learning for reflection and meaningful discussion with managers and practice educators.

In the diary I include a bespoke open calendar that considers those crucial stepping stones such as your learning agreement, midway point, end of placement and portfolio hand in. The diary is specially devised and organised by these integral points of your placement journey to support you along the way.

The diary includes the following features:

- A theoretical model that will help discuss your learning styles in an organisation context to develop self awareness, which is key to developing practice

Here at New Gen we are really learning and exploring what students needs are all about. We're interested in your journey, your values, your why, your learning experience and most of all how your experiences shape the professionals you'll become.

Lavern takes the opportunity to go deeper and talk about how the supervision template enables her to reflect deeper and allows her to organise her personal thinking before going into supervision.

We often hear language such as "I'm on autopilot" in the office, which isn't healthy. As practitioners we need to be very aware about our experiences and how we are being affected.

Bespoke Social Work Tool Kit designed to support your practice.

I am pleased to announce that I will be working along with social workers that identify as neurodiverse. I will be consulting with them about their learning needs.

I have a lot to learn on the learning and development of social workers, but determined to make this project as useful and effective as possible for ALL social workers, whatever their background or needs are!
