PIT Stop stands for Personalised Internet Training Program. The service is also available to anyone else on a paid basis.

PIT Stop offers a free (Subject to funding) at-home Internet training program for people with disabilities and families on low income. The equipment required for accessing the service is that you simply own a computer and have a broadband connection at home or you are in a position to purchase these facilities/devices.
