Good morning everyone, we haven't been on Facebook for a while.....who is still on here? Come and say hello!

We are hosting our first This Girl Can project this year. We hope to help women get active with some new fun activities. The cost of this session will be £5. Please come along and have a good time. ☺️👧👩

Happy New Year to you all, anyone wanting to come and have a run around or see some friends we will be having an indoor football session on Thursday 3rd January at Doug Ellis sports centre, Perry Barr from 12:30pm - 2pm.
All welcome, cost £5, please wear indoor trainers (no studs or cleats) and bring a drink.

Footballers- At the moment Football on Sunday is going ahead as normal! We will update (Facebook, twitter, text) if it is cancelled due to the snow.

Looking forward to going out for Sports Team Christmas Meal later! Will see you later on and wrap up, its still very cold even though the sun is out!

Congratulations to Midland Mencap Flyers hockey team who have now returned from Amsterdam with gold medals and a trophy following their European Para Hockey victory!
Hockey sessions will be starting again if anyone wants to have a go....!
