Aston Hall

Aston Hall is a Jacobean mansion house with beautiful parks and gardens. Sir Thomas Holte built it during the years between 1618-35.

The great old mansion was involved in the civil war, where in which it was attacked by a cannonball being thrown through the window and through the stairs. The windows were replaced with modern ones at that time but the interior damage on the stairs still remain there till this day.
