I was reelected to LGSGE. Thanks to all those that voted for me, campaigned for me and nominated me. I will continue to speak up for a more effective fighting union.

Remember to vote to reject the pay offer for Local Government and Schools staff.

Spent today in the sunshine at a rally I helped organise opposing the £300 million cuts to Birmingham City Council Budget. A wide range of community groups and unions united to defend our services.

As a candidate for the UNISON Local Government Service Group Executive it’s building solidarity and a fight back against cuts that’s central to offering leadership.
