Perry Common Library was opened on the 5th September 1934 at a cost of £12,000 pounds. Opened by Alderman C. Lucas (chairman of the Public Library Committee, the Lord Mayor presided at the ceremony and the occasion marked the 24th branch library in Birmingham.
Come along on Thursday 5th September 2024 and have a cup of tea/coffee 10-12pm and celebrate 90 years of Perry Common Library
