🚨 𝗥𝗗 𝟭𝟲𝟰/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱!

This new Royal Decree introduces key changes to the Regulation on Fire Safety in Industrial Establishments (RSCIEI).

It also amends the RIPCI, the CTE DB SI, and other essential technical regulations in the sector.

Please find below the main points of RD 164/2025:

1. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗜: RD 2267/2004 is repealed and an updated regulation is approved.

2. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: Adaptation to new constructive solutions and to the European framework (EU Regulation 2024/3110).

3. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗖𝗜: To align it with the new RSCIEI.

4. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮: As a result, industries will need to adjust their inspection schedules to align with the new periodicity when the next revision takes effect.

5. 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲: May 10, 2025.

📌 Puntos destacados del RD 164/2025:

1. 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗼 𝗥𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗜: Se deroga el RD 2267/2004 y se aprueba un reglamento actualizado.

2. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮: Adaptación a nuevas soluciones constructivas y al marco europeo (Reglamento UE 2024/3110).

3. 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗼𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗖𝗜: Para alinearlo con el nuevo RSCIEI.

4. 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗼𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻: Las industrias deberán ajustar sus inspecciones a la nueva periodicidad a partir de la próxima revisión.

5. 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗿: 10 de mayo de 2025.
