SCHOOL CLOSURE: You will have heard that King Charles III announced over the weekend that the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II will take place on Monday 19th September 2022. It was also confirmed that this day will be marked by the nation with a bank holiday, this means that school will be closed on Monday 19th September 2022 to allow staff and children to pay their respects. School will reopen on Tuesday 20th September as normal.
Please remember Queen Elizabeth II and the rest of the Royal Family in your prayers.

Open Sessions for children starting school in September 2022 | St Edward's Catholic Primary School St Edward's Catholic Primary School

To celebrate the England football team reaching their first major tournament final in 55 Years and allowing for the late kick off time of 8:00pm the registers at school will remain open until 10:00am on Monday to give parents the option of a later start. Breakfast Club will remain open at 7:30am and the main school gates will open at 8:30am as normal. ⚽️

The excitement in building here at school for the BIG Final on Sunday. It brings me great joy sitting in my office listening to the children so excited, singing on the playground "it's coming home" 🎤 England football team, St Edward’s Catholic Primary School B29 7PN are behind you all the way !
