The foundations of new projects have now been laid we need your help to brings these to fruition. The Birmingham Central Mosque will be working with the Anzal Begum Foundation to run a regular food bank to serve the needy in the City. We will need food donations such as pasta, rice, beans, sauce, cereal etc. Get in touch to volunteer call 07763324145.

The Mosque's Food Bank Has finally arrived new initiatives will be starting very soon. More information about the projects will be available soon.

Hello Everyone I hope you are all well and in good health. The Birmingham Central Mosque are looking forward to launching its new Food Bank service and would welcome any suggestions from its supporters on what we should be doing in the community. We are currently sourcing a 40ft Container to house the new Food Bank and Soup Kitchen and would appreciate it if anyone who has any contacts in the industry to get in touch.

Hi I all we would just like to thank everyone that has been involved and helped with the project. It was a great success and we intend to continue the great work.

The mosque will be taking food donations for the food bank which is what we are going to focus on in the interim as we found a lot of our users required staple food items to cook at home. We therefore request donations of the following:

Tinned Soup / Beans / Tuna / Sweet Corn / Mushy Peas
Pasta / Noodles / Rice
Jam / Rice pudding / Cereal / Cordial / Sauce
Biscuits / Snacks

London is living a modern day Christmas Carol

What an end to a fantastic 9 days of feeding the homeless and needy in Birmingham from the oldest mosque in Birmingham built in 1975. We fed up to 200 people and also had a visit from the leader of the Council John Clancy to thank everyone for all the good work they have done.
