📍Community & Charity Team Supports Boston Food Bank

A huge thank you to Monika, Deputy Head Student, and the Community and Charity Team - Milly, Charlotte, Jaina and Rachel - for delivering the generous donations received from our school community for our recent donation drive for Boston Food Bank today.

Every donation will help make a difference to individuals and families who rely on the invaluable support provided by the food bank.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Bob for welcoming the team, showing them around the facilities, and providing an insight into the fantastic work carried out by Boston Food Bank to support our local community.

The successful candidate will teach History throughout the school. Our students achieve excellent GCSE and A Level outcomes, and many continue their studies at university.

Do you have a child with SEND and would like to learn more about working effectively with schools to support their learning?

The Lincolnshire Parent Carer Forum (LPCF) is hosting a free online workshop, Working with Schools to Support Your Child's Learning, on Monday 9 November 2026, from 7:00pm–8:00pm via Zoom.

The session will be delivered by the Dyslexia Outreach and Specialist Teaching Team and will offer practical advice, guidance and strategies to help parents and carers work in partnership with schools for the best outcomes for their child.

🎃🧁 Halloween Fundraising Fun at Boston High School! 🧁🎃

Our Sixth Form Student Leadership Team is excited to be hosting two fantastic fundraising events in support of JCADA Dance School, Boston and our Mermaid Fund. 💜✨

👻 Tuesday 20th October - Halloween Cake Decorating Competition & Bake Sale Get creative and bake your spookiest treats! Students and staff can enter cakes, cupcakes, brownies or other Halloween-themed bakes for a chance to win prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. 🏆🎂

After judging, all cakes and bakes will be on sale in the Main Hall at lunchtime, with treats priced between 50p and £1. 🍰🍪 Please remember that Boston High School is a nut-free school, and all competition entries must include a full ingredients list.

🎒 Thursday 22nd October - Non-Uniform Day Students can come to school in non-uniform for a £1 donation. Donations should be made via ParentMail, and clothing and footwear should be suitable for the school day. 👕👟

Boston High School Old Girls Association: Annual Dinner

What a wonderful evening celebrating the enduring spirit and traditions of the Boston High School community at tonight’s Old Girls Association Annual Dinner, held in the school’s Main Hall.

More than 50 guests came together to reminisce, reconnect and share memories spanning generations, continuing a cherished tradition that has been a part of school life since the late 1940s.

It was particularly special to welcome guests who had travelled from afar, including one attendee who visited from the Isle of Man to join the celebrations.

Guests enjoyed a delicious two-course meal expertly prepared by Dunmore’s Catering, before being treated to two truly inspiring speeches.

Head Student Eshal delivered an exceptional address, reflecting on the opportunities and aspirations of today’s students with confidence and insight, focusing our attention on what Boston High School means to so many.

We were also delighted to hear from alumna Sarah Harrison, whose remarkable travels have taken her to more than 65 countries, sharing stories and experiences that captivated everyone in the room.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success. Events like these remind us of the strength of the Boston High School community and the lifelong connections that begin within our school walls.

Are you an organised, efficient, and proactive administrator looking to join a thriving secondary school? We're seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our main school office.

This varied role includes attendance administration, liaising with parents and carers, managing enquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support across the school. You'll be at the heart of our school community, helping to make a positive difference to students' attendance, wellbeing, and success.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, along with previous administrative experience. Experience of working in a school environment and knowledge of SIMS or similar management systems would be an advantage.
