All outstanding works have now been completed on Boston’s impressive new Rosegarth Square development.

Rosegarth View, a new commercial space with residential accommodation, along with car parking facilities and the square itself, have now officially been handed over by main contractors Lindum to Boston Borough Council.

The transformation of the site has been made possible thanks to £14.8 million of funding from the UK Government and a further £2.3 million of Boston Partnership Funding, supporting investment in the area and helping to deliver improvements for residents, visitors and businesses.

The funding has enabled the Council to intervene to acquire the freehold interests in the former B&M site and Crown House and carry out the necessary demolitions to clear the way for the new developments.
