What does Llais do when changes to your local services are proposed?
We listen to what the changes could mean for you, your concerns, what you welcome and your ideas.
At the Better Together consultation events, we’re there to listen and observe. Our attendance does not mean we support or oppose the proposals, that is not our role.
We look at whether people can understand the information, ask questions and have their say. We tell decision-makers what you’ve told us, raise concerns and press for answers.
Welsh Government funds Llais, but we act independently. We can challenge the NHS, councils and government.
We don’t decide which changes go ahead. Our role is to make sure your views are heard and considered.
You can speak to us as well as responding directly to PTHB’s consultation. They are two separate ways to have your say. 💙
