Expect the unexpected, what’s around the next corner? Stationary traffic, a fallen tree, or another vehicle on the wrong side of the road?

Over the past decade, people in cars have accounted for the largest group of road casualties. Stay safe by driving within your ability, adapting to the conditions, and adhering to speed limits - don’t become another statistic

DCFA Food Action Pop-Up Shop – Important Update

We wanted to let you know about an important change to the DCFA Food Action Pop-Up.

Due to one of the major food donors no longer being able to supply stock, the charity has been having to purchase additional food to supplement deliveries.

As a result, the format is changing to a Pop-Up Shop, where attendees will be able to purchase good-quality surplus food at affordable prices, including:

Vegetable bags
Bread
Pies and pasties
Frozen items
And more

The new format will give people more choice over what they purchase, while continuing to support the important work of tackling food poverty and reducing food waste.

Date and time: Thursday 29th october 2026, 11am – 12pm

There is no need to pre-order. Simply turn up while stocks last.

We look forward to welcoming you to the new-style DCFA Food Action Pop-Up Shop.
