When you need healthcare this autumn, knowing where to go can make all the difference.

Choose Well:

🩹 Minor injuries → consider your local pharmacy, minor injury service or NHS 111

Autumn often brings coughs, colds and other seasonal illnesses. 🌧️🤧

If you become unwell this October half term, think Choose Well before seeking emergency care.

Your local pharmacist can provide advice for many common illnesses, while NHS 111 can help you find the right care if you're unsure.

And remember — 999 is for life-threatening emergencies.

Back to school after Summer? Add your defib to the checklist... 📋

As the new school year begins, please check your defibrillator and update The Circuit so when someone calls 999, we know whether it’s ready to use in an emergency.

If your defib isn’t available 24/7, make sure any opening hours, access times or planned closure periods for the term ahead are up to date too.

Before term gets busy:
✅ Check your defib
✅ Record a status check on The Circuit
✅ Add or update holiday periods

It could make a lifesaving difference.
