New analysis shows UK farms face an extra £337 million in annual fuel costs as red diesel prices soar to £1.30 per litre during the crucial spring planting season.
The Liberal Democrats are demanding urgent action, including a 10p cut in fuel duty, to support farmers, protect food supplies and prevent rising costs being passed on to families at the checkout.
