Rydyn ni wedi datblygu pecyn cymorth am ddim i helpu cyflogwyr i greu gweithle sy'n fwy cyfeillgar tuag at fabwysiadu.

Natasha, 43, adopted through Adoption Mid and West Wales in 2014. As a single parent, she took time to research adoption thoroughly before beginning her journey.
She adopted siblings of Thai heritage, a three-year-old daughter and a 20-month-old son, knowing that sibling groups and children from minority ethnic backgrounds often wait longer to be matched with families.
âThe world is made up of so many different families. Adoption has helped my children understand that there is no one way to be a family.â

Fe wnaeth Natasha, 43, fabwysiadu drwy Mabwysiadu Canolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru yn 2014. Fel rhiant sengl, cymerodd ei hamser i ymchwilio i fabwysiadu yn drylwyr cyn dechrau ar ei siwrnai.
Mabwysiadodd siblingiaid o dreftadaeth Gwlad Thai, merch tair oed a mab 20 mis oed, yn ymwybodol bod grwpiau o frodyr a chwiorydd a phlant o gefndiroedd ethnig lleiafrifol yn aml yn aros yn hirach i gael eu paru â theuluoedd.
âMaeâr byd yn cynnwys cymaint o wahanol deuluoedd. Mae mabwysiadu wedi helpu fy mhlant i ddeall nad oes un ffordd i fod yn deulu.â
