Three years ago today we were at Cardiff Castle / Castell Caerdydd marking The Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

Today we'll be returning there to provide musical support to the Royal Gun Salute at midday for the anniversary of this historic event.

At 11:00 today, The Royal Welsh paused in silence, in remembrance of all those that served and those that made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

At the going down of the sun and in the morning,

We will remember them.
