It is with great sadness that I write this my last post to you with the tragic news of the passing of our Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II,she will be moving ssed. May she rest in peace with her beloved husband.My thoughts and prayers are with her immediate family🙏

After 35 years of working within Exercise Referral field, and having the privilege of Managing the National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) for the last 14 years, I am finally retiring from my role.
It has been a privilege and an honour to Manage the Wales NERS programme, to support and mentor all of local teams, across the 22 local councils of Wales. It has especially been a privilege to develop pathways and support the delivery of adapted and tailored physical activity programmes to support the people of Wales, who are at risk of or living with a chronic condition.
Thank you all for your case studies and stories.
I will not close the page down, however I will not be able to address queries via messenger you will need to contact your local NERS provider in the 1st instance. Here is the last few pictures to post.
