to Jamii 2 🌱
Building on the foundations of Jamii 1, this project supported the Welsh African community by addressing health inequalities exposed by the pandemic, from health literacy and mental wellbeing to fitness, food, and collective care.
Centred on community-led solutions, Jamii 2 focused on moving beyond a return to “normal” and towards a more equal and resilient future.
