🌊 Be aware that open water may look inviting, but it’s still very cold
🧢 Wear a hat, sunglasses, long sleeves and loose clothes to protect your skin.

We had a fantastic day at the Mental Health and Wellbeing Show last week.
It was inspiring to see the work being done across Wales to improve mental wellbeing and to connect with organisations making a real difference!
Thank you to everyone who joined our Consultant, Oli Williams’ seminar on workplace wellbeing which highlighted to benefits of prioritising wellbeing for both employees and businesses.
