Concept Fire & Security is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our Fire & Security division across projects, engineering performance, operations, and long-term growth.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the industry, thrives on improving systems and processes, and knows how to get the best out of a team.

💥 Up to £50,000 per year

You’ll be overseeing operations across:
Fire alarms
CCTV systems
Access control
Security systems
…and more.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Knows the Fire & Security industry inside out
✔ Can improve efficiency without cutting corners
✔ Understands project delivery and engineer management
✔ Uses data and KPIs to make smart decisions
✔ Wants to be part of a business that’s continuing to grow
