🎨 A glimpse into this week's Art Group!

We are excited to share some photos from our latest session, where our amazing volunteers led a thoughtful still life activity.

Participants explored observation, creativity and self-expression, bringing their own unique perspectives to the objects in front of them. It was a calm, focused session with some fantastic artwork created!

A big thank you to our volunteers for preparing such a creative and supportive environment.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

This year’s theme is Action, because looking after our mental health isn’t just about awareness, it’s about the small steps we take every day.

Even the smallest actions can make a real difference. Checking in with yourself, talking to someone you trust, taking a breather, joining a group or reaching out for support. - it all matters.

Throughout the week, we will be sharing resources, ideas and conversations to help us all take meaningful action for ourselves and each other.

Let’s keep showing up for our communities, for our loved ones and for ourselves.
