This week’s Whisky of the Week: Redbreast Moscatel Wine Cask 🐥

Bottled at 46% ABV, expect a nose full of bright citrus with a sprinkle of nutmeg. On the palate, the Moscatel cask really shines through, bringing luscious notes of blood orange, golden honey and warming spice to every sip!

Aberystwyth University is home to one of the leading Space programmes, & has been working on additions to the Mars Rovers for a number of years. 🔭

The Rovers are crucial for gathering data, analysing the Martian Environment & searching for evidence of life. They are currently working on ‘Enfys’, an infrared spectrometer that will be added to the Rover in 2028. 🗓️🚀

Dorothea Bate was the first female scientist employed by the Natural History Museum and a pioneer in archaeology, specialising in ancient fauna. 🌿🏛️

She is best known for her groundbreaking research into island dwarfism and gigantism. 🗺️📚
