Quick FAQ for those who are asking questions on our rescue babies. It is so wonderful that so many people are interested in these babies. We have been very busy caring for them, working and raising our own family that I thought maybe this little blurb will help l! 🐷
1. Q: Where are we located A:We are in Sloansville NY 12160
2. How big do they get? A: The real answer is that we can only guess. These piggies were not born or bred on our farm. Pig weight has many variables including parentage, lifestyle and feed. We cannot control most of these and definitly none on rescued pigs. They are mini pigs. By definition that is any pig who is under 250lbs. A 100lb pig is about knee high as pigs are very dense.
3. Q: What breed are they? A; They are mini pot belly pigs.
4. Lors of "helpful" individuals are popping up to answer questions on our behalf. If it does not come directly from Valley View Minis, please feel free to shoot a message. We will happily answer all questions personally and as promptly as possible. It gets confusing when lots of people answer on our behalf especially with misinformation. We want to be sure to give only accurate info to perspective piggy parents.
Thank you all very much for continuing to be part of the VVM family! We appreciate each and evey one of you!
