As we start thinking about the festive season ahead. A little shout out for this upcoming event featuring our very own village School Choir. We aren't selling tickets for this event, but can easily be bought in advance as advertised, which is advised!!

Sunday Times Magazine
We have only received about 10 percent of our allocation which we are chasing down, however on checking local retailers it would appear to be a similar story. Hoping to receive tomorrow AM in which case any without will be delivered.

We are once again delighted to be collectors on behalf of Royal British Legion for their 2026 poppy campaign.
Last year we raised a very solid £328 through our customers and this year we hope to beat that. We have a good range of poppies, pens, car badges and bracelets etc and all / any donations are welcome. We have the usual collection tin on the counter as well as a QR code to scan. All funds go directly to the appeal.
Many thanks

As we are all trying to be price aware, we have requested that Google show the average price/100g for all sweet retailers in the area. That way you can make informed and financially viable decisions...

We are currently without paper stock due to a breakdown on the M1.
We have no further details yet on when we will receive them. Unfortunately today we are single manned so the shop will be open later than normal.
