🎃🕷️ Spooky sensory play! 🕸️👻

Our little explorers have been busy investigating our Halloween-themed sensory tray! 🧡

Using their hands and little tools, the babies explored the different textures, scooped and moved the orange sensory material, and discovered all the spooky surprises hidden around the tray. 🎃🥄

Sensory play is a wonderful way to support curiosity, develop fine motor skills, and encourage those all-important early learning experiences through play. Every scoop, touch and discovery helps our little ones learn about the world around them! 🧡✨

🎃👻 Halloween Playdough Creations! 🕷️🦇

The children had lots of spooky fun getting creative with playdough, making their very own Halloween creatures! 🎃

From spooky monsters to creepy crawlies, there were so many imaginative creations.
This activity encouraged the children to use their creativity, develop their fine motor skills, and explore different shapes and textures while having lots of fun. 👻🧡

What a fantastic way to celebrate Halloween through play, imagination and creativity! 🕸️✨

🐯☕ The Tiger Who Came to Tea! 🍰🫖

Our little explorers have been busy discovering The Tiger Who Came to Tea through our exciting sensory tray! 🐅✨

The children enjoyed exploring the different items, pretending to pour tea, serving cups and plates, and imagining what the tiger might like to eat. 🍪🫖

Through this playful activity, the children developed their communication and language skills, used their imaginations, explored different textures, and practised their fine motor skills. 🌟

There were lots of curious little hands, wonderful discoveries, and plenty of pretend tea-time fun! 💛

What a lovely way to bring a favourite story to life! 📚🐯

🎃🧡 Little hands, big creativity! 🧡🎃

Our children had so much fun pumpkin carving! From scooping out the insides to creating their own spooky, silly, and smiley faces, there were lots of giggles, creativity, and Halloween magic along the way! 👻🕷️

It was wonderful to see their imaginations come to life and watch them enjoy this lovely autumn activity together. 🍂🧡

🌈💚 Exploring emotions with The Colour Monster! 💛💙❤️

Our little learners have been enjoying a lovely activity inspired by The Colour Monster! 📚✨

Using colourful pom-poms, bowls, tongs and our Colour Monster friends, the children explored colours while developing their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and colour recognition. 🖐️🌈

Activities like this also give us a wonderful opportunity to talk about our feelings, helping children begin to recognise, understand and express their emotions in a fun and playful way. 💕😊
