⚠️ The Burn road beggars return. ⚠️

With the season of goodwill rapidly approaching, with it comes those who wish to take advantage and exploit the goodwill of the people of Mid-Ulster.

Less than a year ago I reported these beggars for harassing people on the street for money. I have been inundated with messages to say that they have yet again returned. I have again contacted the psni regarding this.

These beggars are not homeless, they get dropped off in a car every day to scam the people of Cookstown of their money. NIHE will provide emergency accommodation for anyone in need.

One would wonder how this is allowed being in view of Mid Ulster District Council Offices and a stone’s throw from Cookstown PSNI station.

You do not know what your money will be funding or where it will go when giving it to these people. If you wish to give your hard-earned money to someone in need- give it to a reputable and established charity, there are many local charities who would be more than grateful of your donations.

In Desertmartin tonight supporting Desertmartin RBP 576, hearing first hand accounts of Operation Banner and the Troubles in South Londonderry.

A truly humbling talk on the close calls, inside stories and atrocities inflicted on the Unionist population by the IRA in Mid Ulster.

Over the past few weeks we have heard all about the ‘21 murders relating to Drumcree’ and many other stories spun by the SFIRA propaganda machine.

Tonight i heard of 55 innocent lives, including a ten year old girl, taken in the local area by IRA terrorists some of which were committed by current SFIRA councillors and their associates all in the name of a fantasy New Ireland 😡

The past cannot be rewritten to suit today’s political narratives.

Remember the victims. Tell the whole story. Demand the truth.

Another great night in Portadown at the ‘let them home festival’ supporting our brothers who are spending yet another night on Drumcree hill.

The message is clear- law and order must be restored and law breakers must face the full effect of the law.

Again tonight the Garvaghy Road has been blocked illegally with republicans, some of which are conducting illegal traffic stops asking where the occupants of the car have come from.

Over the past week we have heard many key words being used in relation to my community and to my orange brethren such as ‘triumphalist’, ‘sectarian’ and ‘bigot’ let this be clear- if you would rather stand out in a storm, the rain and wind for a week over tolerating 35 orange men marching down a road peacefully with no band or emblems you are the bigot.

We have also heard republican singers glorifying bombmaking and how their father is a provo, members of the policing board blocking the road all led by the portadown bomber and Michelle O’Neill.

Many republican mlas, councillors and MPs have blocked the kings highway over the past week in Garvaghy and called for ‘no going back’ and talked of how far we as a country have progressed- nationalists and republicans had their chance to prove this last Sunday instead they have shown their true colours and do what they do best- flee over the border, gather support from terrorists and criminals and break laws and to top it off the first minister of no alternative/lawlessness will take no accountability and runs over the border when she is summoned for questioning.

The parades commission has made their decision.
The courts have made their decision.
The Cheif Constable must now do his job and facilitate this parade.

THE LAW MUST BE ENFORCED

SFIRA Hypocrisy Knows No Bounds.

Over the past 24 hours we have seen the republican propaganda machine go into overdrive, people from every shade of Republican/ Nationalist Parties calling on people to come out on the streets and stand in solidarity with the Gavaghy Rd residents.
We have heard the argument that they are protecting human rights and wanting to live in Peace.

We are told that a 5minute walk by 35 men, no band, not even a drumbeat is offensive and could cause fear, trauma and PTSD to the residents of the area.

All these arguments are nothing more than a smokescreen for blatant bigotry and a hatred for anyone wearing a collarette.

These so called concerns are falling far short of the actions of SFIRA, who in their pursuit for human rights, have done nothing more than retraumatise the victims of the terror campaign that they say there was no alternative to.
How does SFIRA think victims families felt when they saw and heard a convicted killer demand Human rights, when he and his comrades took away the basic human right to life.

The family of James Speers and numerous other families are living with trauma every day through the actions of a man who now sits on Mid Ulster Council.

You cannot demand sensitivity for one community while ignoring the pain inflicted on another, you cannot lecture about peace & reconciliation and then give a platform to a convicted murderer.

SFIRA have fallen far short on their election pledges and are using Garvahy Road as an election boost, they have had so many failures over the last year, so now they are resorting back to the old guard , bringing people out on the streets and dragging us back to the days of Gerry Adam’s carefully orchestrated protests against anything Orange or vaguely British, I hope now the Protestant people will wake up to the games, that republican politicians are playing.
