The OK Conference 2026 has come to a close. Across two days, the policing community has come together to explore how we turn strategy into reality for officers and staff on the frontline, to those providing invaluable support at home.

We've covered everything from the Mental Health Crisis Line to the National Workforce and Wellbeing Survey. Amongst many other amazing speakers, we heard an inspiring talk from PC Jordan Coates, who has faced multiple assaults in the line of duty – highlighting the importance of our nationwide Operation Hampshire strategy.

A huge thank you to everyone who's attended and contributed over the last two days, and a special congratulations to all those who were recognised at the OK Awards.

Also a big shout out to our fantastic facilitator, ITV news anchor Gamal Fahnbulleh – who better to give a few final words? πŸ“½οΈ

With the Oscar Kilo Awards 2026 just around the corner, it's a reminder of why wellbeing is integral to policing – and why it's so important to celebrate the people and initiatives driving positive change across forces nationwide.

This , we remember the officers who have given their lives while protecting others.

Their sacrifice and courage will never be forgotten.
