If you were listening to BBC Radio Tees this morning you might have heard Vicky Louise Edwards and I talking about our charity calendar.

Please help the amazing Family Help Darlington by buying one for just £10. We’ll happily deliver it to you, and you’ll be helping women and children escape terrible situations.

Buy it as a daft stocking filler, buy it to laugh at us, buy it as a cheeky little talking point- it doesn’t matter!

Right, Darlington… WE NEED YOU TO BUY A CALENDAR! 😂😜

And not just because you get to look at our bare flesh for 365 days! 🙈

This was never just about a group of women from Darlington Divas WI stripping off for a laugh (although we certainly had a few!).

It was about using our voices, our bodies and whatever dignity we had left 😂 to raise awareness and money for **Family Help Darlington**, who support women and children facing desperate circumstances, including domestic abuse.

Because none of us knows when we, or someone we love, might need that support. ❤️

Was it fun? YES!
Was it terrifying? ABSOLUTELY!
Could it be better? Probably! 😂

But try coordinating 18 women, all with opinions, requests, insecurities and busy lives, against a deadline… then throw in the British weather, room temperatures and the bloody menopause! 🥵😂

I'm SO proud we pulled this off.

**Our goal is £10,000 for Family Help**, and hitting that would be the icing on the Christmas cake! 🎄

So PLEASE, buy a calendar. For home, work, your dad, your grandad… whoever! 😂

At best, it's a work of art. At worst, it's a crap stocking filler. But either way, that £10 is going towards something that really matters. ❤️

And every day you turn a page, remember that behind the silliness are real women and children who need help, and a bunch of slightly bonkers Darlington women determined to do something about it.

I'd rather not have to release my naked outtakes to boost sales… but desperate times and all that! 😂😇😜

We did a thing!!!!!

A bunch of brave Divas stripped off in Sid of Darlington Family Help - an amazing charity that runs the only Women’s Refuge in Darlington, providing support and a safe place for women and children fleeing domestic abuse.

Following in the footsteps of ‘’Calendar Girls’, we’ve created a cheeky - but tasteful- calendar for 2027 - with all proceeds going to this amazing local charity.

Please help by buying one (or more!) of our calendars. Just £10 each!!
