Meet our newest Town Councillor

Cllr Mike Pullon
Ward: North Ward – Co-opted September 2026

Committees: None

DTC Delegate: None

A resident of the East Riding since 1987 and of Driffield since 2024 I am grateful to have been co-opted to the Council and to have the opportunity to serve the community as a Councillor.
Having enjoyed a long career in Specialist IT Product distribution (mainly bar code related products) during which I established, developed and sold two businesses I retired from commercial life in December 2025.
In June 2026 I volunteered to join a newly established Working Group asked to develop a plan to establish a Centre for Arts, Culture and Heritage in the former Post Office. As Chair of this Working Group, I believe that this is an opportunity to deliver something of real value and broad appeal to our community.
I am a keen runner and enjoy being a member of, Driffield based, Yorkshire Wolds Runners where I’m a committee member and run leader.
