Mental Health awareness week

🚨 Carbon monoxide (CO) is a dangerous, invisible, odourless, and tasteless gas produced when fuel burns incompletely.

It's a "silent killer" because you can't sense it until it's too late.

If you have a gas boiler, cooker or fuel-burning appliances like open fires, install CO alarms in your home.

Test them monthly, like smoke detectors, and replace batteries as needed.

There's always someone that will listen to you
