Last week Bespoke Support celebrated our 6th birthday! ❤️

A huge thank you to every client, family and member of staff — past and present — who has trusted us, supported us and helped make Bespoke Support what it is today. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

And it’s a double celebration… our gorgeous pups , Charlie and Chester have also just turned ONE! 🐶🐾 We’ve had them since they were tiny puppies and they’ll soon be starting Pet Therapy training, hopefully becoming our newest little recruits and bringing lots of smiles and companionship to our clients. ❤️

🎓🌟 CELEBRATING OUR AMAZING TEAM! 🌟🎓

At Bespoke Support, we are incredibly proud of the hard work our staff put in behind the scenes — not only in the work they do every day, but also in developing themselves, gaining qualifications and working towards their future careers. 💛

First, we want to congratulate:

⭐ Natalie, who has successfully completed her SVQ Level 4.
⭐ Gloria, who has successfully completed her SVQ Level 2.
📸 Natalie and Gloria may both be a little camera shy, but we certainly aren't letting their achievements go unnoticed!

A huge congratulations to Brooke, who has successfully completed her studies, qualified as a Teacher, and is now heading into her first year of teaching! 👩‍🏫🎉 What a fantastic achievement and an exciting new chapter!

We also have several members of Team Bespoke returning to university this year:

📚 Kathryn – Teaching

And two more of our team are beginning exciting new university journeys:

⚖️ Lexi – heading off to study Law
🩺 Lucy G – heading off to study Nursing

We’re delighted that those heading back to university will still be returning to Team Bespoke during their holidays. Wherever possible, we also accommodate our staff’s working hours around their studies and professional development, because we believe it is important to support our team to learn, develop and achieve their career goals. 💛

We are also celebrating Leah, who has recently qualified as a Women’s Hairdresser! 💇‍♀️👏

Our Service Manager Kelly is also heading back to university to begin a Master’s in Dementia, further developing specialist knowledge that can be brought back into the service and shared with our wider team.

For us, having a skilled, knowledgeable and continually developing workforce is so important. The skills, knowledge and experience our staff develop along the way benefit not only them personally, but our whole team and, most importantly, the people we support.

Whether it’s care, nursing, teaching, dietetics, sports science, law, hairdressing or further professional development, we are incredibly proud to see our staff working towards their goals. 🌟

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS MICHELLE! 🎉

We are delighted to share that our team member Michelle has successfully completed her SVQ Level 2! 💚

Michelle says she feels “absolutely amazing” to have completed her qualification. There were times throughout her SVQ journey when she felt she might not get to the finish line, which makes this achievement even more special.

Michelle would like to thank her SVQ Assessor, Helen from CTC Care Training & Consultancy CIC, who guided and supported her throughout, as well as the management team for their continued encouragement and support.

Completing an SVQ while working and supporting others takes commitment, determination and hard work, and Michelle should be incredibly proud of what she has achieved.

👏 A huge well done from all of us at Bespoke Support (Dumfries) Ltd!

We are passionate about supporting our staff to develop their skills, gain qualifications and achieve their own goals, and it is fantastic to see Michelle reach this milestone.

As some of our team return to university and we continue to expand our services, we’re looking for new Support Workers to join Bespoke Support (Dumfries) Ltd, supporting people in Dumfries and surrounding areas.

• Support Worker – £13.30/hr

We are incredibly proud to share the fantastic results from our recent care inspection — achieving an amazing FOUR 5’s! 🎉👏

The past year hasn’t been without its challenges, but as a team we have faced them head-on, supported one another and worked incredibly hard to overcome them. This makes today’s achievement feel even more special. ❤️

We are also incredibly grateful to our wonderful clients and their families. Your understanding, continued support and willingness to adapt alongside us when needed has meant so much. You have been an important part of our journey, and we genuinely couldn’t have achieved this without you. 💐

🎉 Congratulations to Kelsey! 🎉

A huge congratulations to our amazing Kelsey on successfully completing her People Handling and Risk Assessment Trainer qualification! 👏

Don't let her age fool you! At just 17 years old, Kelsey has already achieved so much. She has successfully completed her Modern Apprenticeship and continues to demonstrate incredible commitment to learning, developing and supporting others.

Kelsey is a valued member of our team, and it has been fantastic to watch her confidence, knowledge and skills continue to grow. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication make her a real asset to Bespoke Support (Dumfries) Ltd.

Kelsey is now qualified to deliver People Handling and Risk Assessment training and is looking forward to supporting both our own staff and other organisations looking for engaging, practical and high-quality training.

Congratulations, Kelsey, on another fantastic achievement. We know you'll do an excellent job sharing your knowledge and helping others develop their skills.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to our Summer Fête today! ☀️🎉

We are truly overwhelmed by the incredible turnout, generosity, and kindness shown by our wonderful community. It means more to us than words can express, and we are so grateful to each and every person who came along and supported us.

A very special thank you goes to our amazing staff, who worked so hard to make the day possible — whether you were selling raffle tickets, running stalls, giving demonstrations, or simply stepping in wherever help was needed. Your dedication and teamwork made the day so special, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

We would also like to extend our deepest thanks to all the fantastic local businesses who so generously donated prizes for our fête. Your kindness and support truly made a difference and helped create such a joyful and successful day. We are so lucky to be part of such a caring and supportive community. ❤️

Once everything has been counted, we’ll be sharing our grand total on Monday! 🤞🎉 We’re also so pleased to share that a portion of the money raised will be donated to charity, with the remainder going towards our Christmas lunch — something we can all look forward to together.
