The House Project Fife The House Project Fife supports young people leaving care, to live independent and successful lives in their local community.

The project enables young people to achieve their potential whilst improving outcomes for individual young people. Social Media House Rules - www.fife.gov.uk/HouseRules

Our social media channels feature a variety of information from our services and partners, keeping you informed and up to date with what's happening across Fife. We're here to help in any way that we can, and we will always aim to be supportive and respectful in our posts and any comments we respond to. We expect the same of all those contributing to our page. We want our social media channels to be safe, healthy, and open places for discussion and the exchange of views and we have the following house rules to help support that.

- All users must comply with the social media platform's terms of use as well as our own terms of use
- We answer enquiries/messages as soon as possible within working hours
- We will remove, in whole or in part, posts that we feel are inappropriate – for example bullying or harassment - or discriminatory against any individual or group
- You are wholly responsible for any content you post including content you choose to share

We will remove messages (where function allows) and report and/or block users on our social media channels who post messages at us which we believe are:

- abusive or obscene
- deceptive or misleading
- in violation of any intellectual property rights, including copyright
- in violation of any law or regulation
- spam and off-topic content (persistent negative and/or abusive posts in which the aim is to provoke a response)
- promotional material, including links to external websites and promotions

Anyone repeatedly engaging with us using content or language which falls into the above categories will be blocked and/or reported to the associated social media platform. We will not tolerate or respond to abusive messages. We must always remain politically neutral on social media which is why council officers are unable to reply to, endorse or engage with, any content that is of a party political nature. Political issues can be discussed with local councillors.

🌟 Hard work pays off! 🌟

Over the past few months, our young people have been working incredibly hard on their social enterprise, developing their skills, creating products and building their confidence.

Today, they took the next big step by heading out to sell their products! 🛍️👏

We’re incredibly proud of their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm. It’s fantastic to see their efforts paying off and their confidence growing! 💪❤️

What an amazing day at the Scottish House Project Conference – Pathways to Participation. 💙

So incredibly proud of our young people and the House Project Fife team for their fantastic presentations, alongside the brilliant young people and staff from East Dunbartonshire House Project. Their voices, experiences and ideas really showed the power of participation and coming together.

It was also fantastic to see the stalls from businesses offering amazing opportunities for care-experienced young people, with lots of valuable networking, new connections and conversations throughout the day.

A brilliant day of connection, opportunity, learning and celebration – and a real reminder of what can be achieved when young people are at the heart of it all. 👏✨
