Self-Catering Properties – Scottish Assessors 14/11/2025

We have been contacting all operators of self catering units whose property was removed from the Valuation Roll from 1 April 2023 for a non return of information.

New legislation has provided a second opportunity to provide this information, with a deadline of 5 December 2025.
