📣Young people of Angus South - we want to hear YOUR questions.

As the 2026 Scottish Parliament elections are approaching, Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament are interviewing the candidates for Angus South. So we are asking young people aged 12-25 to fill out this survey, to submit questions for us to ask the candidates.

The finished interviews will be posted on YouTube for you to all watch.

Parents, guardians, youth workers, and teachers, please share this with young people you know!

The form has our contact details, but please get in touch with us regarding anything to do with the Scottish Youth Parliament, our role as MSYPs, or any other relevant work.

Thank you!

This is is great opportunity for young people in to engage with!

🧑🏻‍💻👩🏻‍💻 Are you or do you know someone who might be interested in gaining some work experience?

Over the past few years, I have reached out to schools in the Angus North and Mearns Constituency to offer the opportunity to work in the Scottish Parliament as well as alongside my constituency team.

During this time, we have met some incredible young people, including Erin, who was with us earlier this year.

For full details about gaining some work experience with my team and I, please contact [email protected].

🗣 We've launched an initial consultation to hear the views of young people on what should be in our manifesto ahead of the 2026 Scottish Parliament election.

📝 The survey is open to young people aged 12-25 and living in Scotland and gives them a chance to share what issues matter most in their lives.

🔍 The online survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and responses will then be used to form individual policies which we will consult on later this year.

📱 Be in with a chance of winning your share of £125 in vouchers and earn Young Scot points by responding here: bit.ly/sypyourviews
