Hello & Welcome to The HandBound Book Co.! All our items are HandBound in our wee Edinburgh studio. And they are! We'd love to hear from you.
Established in 2010, we make beautiful notebooks, guest books, photo albums & lots of new book-related products too, such as recipe binders, Harris Tweed® Bookmarks & Book Clocks. Almost all our products have the option to personalise & many can also be gift-boxed, perfect for sending to someone special. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us & we're only happy when our customers are.

We specialise in tweed and tartan covered books and albums. Request your family tartan for your wedding album and guestbook or personalise a tweed journal or album with your name. Besides tweed and tartan, we also cover books and albums with bookcloth, leather, marble, and decorative papers which you can find on our website swatches page.
Our books are hand-bound in our Edinburgh bindery. You can find us down the cobbled lane of 46 Balcarres Street in Morningside. Join us in Studio 6, in the peaceful surrounds of Conservation House for one of our workshops. Or just pop in for a visit.
