We had a wonderful day at the North Edinburgh Community Festival on Saturday! 🎉

Massive thanks to North Edinburgh Community Festival for organising such a fantastic community event - the community spirit really shone throughout the whole day with local organisations, performances, sports, a dog show and food stalls.

While every family is unique, they all share a common need - for recognition, protection and policies that reflect the realities they face.

This year’s theme, “Families, Inequalities and Child Wellbeing,” shines a spotlight on how widening global inequalities are shaping children’s life chances. Disparities in income, access to essential services, digital connectivity, education and healthcare continue to place immense pressure on families. Combined with technological change, climate challenges and other global trends, these inequalities reinforce the intergenerational cycles of disadvantage.

At Circle, we understand that every family is different, and every story matters. With compassion and commitment, we take a whole-family approach that values inclusion, nurtures growth and empowers each individual to thrive.

Our model is rooted in the belief that families are best placed to shape their own solutions, and build resilience focusing on their rights, hopes and aspirations. We work alongside them to address the real, multi-generational impact of structural inequality and poverty - not only alleviating hardship today but helping to prevent it for the future. 🧡

Families in Clacks had a brilliant time at our Easter trip to Jump n Joy! 🐣

The kids loved trying out new things - even braving the big jumps (a little scary, but worth it). Our very own superman came along too! 🦸‍♂️
