To celebrate National Walking Month, this week we're exploring walking myths v facts - there are a lot of common beliefs around walking, and we're breaking them down together.
Walking is one of the simplest ways to move more, feel better, and connect with others - and it's even better when you do it as part of a group.
That's why our walking groups are open to everyone, our Easy Walkers group is for those who prefer a gentle local walk and our main walking group explores longer routes across Edinburgh👟
