🙌 Our Trust teams have been on the move!

We recently brought together more than 200 colleagues for our annual employee Roadshows in Glasgow and Edinburgh, with colleagues joining us from across Scotland, from Stornoway to the Scottish Borders.

The Roadshows were a fantastic opportunity to connect, share ideas and celebrate the passion, energy and creativity of our colleagues. One of the many highlights was hearing from our guest speakers, Tony and Joe from , who shared how contractual community benefits can be reinvested to create added value for our Later Living customers.

We heard more about their award-winning Age with Vitality Programme, which we are currently piloting to support our Later Living customers to improve their strength, mobility and mental health. The programme combines live group exercise classes in our shared lounges with individualised online fitness programmes, tailored to suit different needs and abilities.

And, of course, our teams couldn’t let our customers have all the fun! Tony and Joe gave us a fantastic demo of their interactive online classes, and as you can see, our colleagues threw themselves into it! 💪🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Roadshows such a success, and to all our colleagues who brought their energy and enthusiasm along on the day.

🏆 We’re delighted to share that Trust Housing Association has been shortlisted in the Excellence in Regeneration and Sustainability category at the Scotland Housing Awards 2026 for our transformational Manse Gardens regeneration project in Strachur, Argyll and Bute.

What was once a largely unoccupied sheltered housing development has been reimagined through a £3.6 million regeneration project, creating 16 modern, energy-efficient homes that better meet local housing needs while supporting a sustainable future for the community.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life. We're incredibly proud to see the project recognised on a national stage and wish everyone shortlisted the very best at the awards.

Sometimes housing providers like Trust have housing available, which means that applicants might not wait quite as long to move into a new home.

It’s also important to note that our Allocations Policy means that whoever has the greatest need for housing is considered first, regardless where or when they apply for housing.

To ensure that as many as possible get the chance of good quality housing with Trust, we are offering customers the chance to refer a friend and receive £100 when a friend is offered and accepts a Trust property.
