A section of Copse Close will be closed to allow utility connection works to the play area.

St Martin’s Car Park will remain open during the works.

⚠ Yellow Weather Warning – Wind 🌬️

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warnings for wind. Storm Austen bringing a spell of strong winds with transport disruption likely and possible damaging winds in some areas.
Strong winds will be also combined with periods of heavy rain making for difficult travel conditions.

What should you do?
⚠️ Prepare for stormy weather
🏡 Secure loose outdoor items, including bins, garden furniture and trampolines.
🚗 Check road conditions and public transport updates before travelling.
🔦 Prepare for possible power cuts by keeping torches, batteries and a phone power bank handy.
🌊 If visiting the coast, beware of large waves, keep away from cliff edges and keep dogs on leads.
🚨 In an emergency, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.

⚠ Be prepared for weather warnings to change quickly. When a weather warning is issued, the Met Office recommends staying up to date with the weather forecast in your area. Link in comments.

East Devon District Council: Applications open for second round of grants for voluntary community projects and buildings
