Back out with a great team in yesterday speaking with local people. Lots want to see a cafe at the KGV playing fields and that’s a top priority for me!

Another case of problem reported, problem sorted!

The fallen tree on Rectory Road was reported to Highways on Monday and has been cleared today.

Thanks to Hampshire County Council for the swift response!

Just be careful if walking along Rectory Road on the way to / from town as there are a few fallen branches following the storm, especially this bad boy. I’ve moved it to one side for now and reported it to Rushmoor Borough Council

First session of the campaign yesterday and an excellent response on the doorstep for the Rushmoor Conservatives.

At a local level, huge amounts of support for getting a cafe at the KGV playing fields and lots of positive words for Kemi Badenoch!!

We are delighted to announce that Freddie has been selected as the Conservative candidate for Knellwood Ward in the upcoming May 2027 elections.

Cllr Steve Harden, leader of the Conservative group at Rushmoor Borough Council, said:

I’m delighted to support Freddie Downing, the Conservative candidate for Knellwood. Freddie lives in the ward and brings a commitment to community service and an exciting plan focused on local issues, including campaigning for a café at King George V Playing Fields, improving the look of the area and more!. He would be a strong voice for Knellwood and has my full backing.

Well done Steve and Akmal 👏

Spot the difference…after three months of me pressing Hampshire County Council to deal with the overgrown bush on Woburn Avenue, they have finally taken action. Better late than never!

I will always be relentless in standing up for Knellwood and the people who live here
