This page is set up to support New City Vision’s proposal for a new mixed-use neighbourhood at the site of the Govan Graving Docks. The plans would see the people of Glasgow reconnected with the currently derelict site through the development of new housing along the southern side of the site, as well as the restoration of the original dry dock and pumphouse. In addition, the plans include the support and further development of an urban wetlands from the western basin of The Docks.

📝 We’ve amended our consultation programme while we await feedback on our proposals from Glasgow City Council’s Planning Department.
👉 Our upcoming events on the 6th and 11th of October have been postponed, but we’ll be rescheduling to ensure we can continue to gather feedback from the local community.

We’re underway at the Riverside Hall 🎉
The doors are open for our consultation and we’re welcoming many of the local community to share more information about our plans for the Docks.
We’ll be here until 4:30pm before moving onto The Pearce Institute for an evening session between 5:30 - 7:30pm.

We're bringing our proposals forward! 🙌
📝 We've submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to Glasgow City Council which indicates our intention to submit a formal application for the regeneration project at the end of the year.
🗣️ The submission marks the start of a 12 week consultation programme on the residential element of the project, with a series of formal consultation events being held over the next few months.
