TEAMS UNITED COMMUNITY STATEMENT PART 2
Concerns Regarding Conduct of Former Apex Members Now Operating as Sentinel Response UK
Teams United is issuing this formal statement in response to serious concerns raised in recent weeks regarding the conduct of Lesley Rchidi/ Ali/ Lister, known publicly as Fire Decoy, and Jasmine Ali, known as Siren Decoy. Both individuals are associated with Sentinel Response UK, a group formed following their departure from Apex Child Protection Team.
A number of teams, founders and community members have reported that these individuals have made extremely serious and malicious false allegations with the apparent intention of causing significant disruption within the United Kingdom child protection community. Documented evidence has been provided by multiple parties, detailing harmful accusations made against various teams and individuals.
These allegations included claims that several groups were connected through an organised pa******le network, alongside further accusations of grooming, r**e, domestic abuse, inappropriate relationships with sexual offenders, animal abuse and claims involving the Illuminati and deceased members of Saddam Hussein’s army. The scale and nature of these allegations, combined with deliberate attempts to isolate individuals and divide teams, are wholly unacceptable and fundamentally incompatible with safeguarding principles.
The child protection community exists to protect children, raise awareness and support the responsible reporting of suspected offending. It must never be used as a platform for personal grievances, fabricated criminal accusations or the manipulation of vulnerable individuals. The behaviour demonstrated in this situation is deeply concerning and entirely contrary to the values upheld across the community.
Further concern was raised when both individuals stated that their intention was to bring the entire hunting community down by spreading falsehoods and attempting to convince others that all teams were part of a single pa******le network orchestrated by a respected member of the community. These claims were entirely unfounded and caused considerable distress.
Given the seriousness of the situation, evidence was gathered to establish an accurate and factual account of the allegations being made. Initial efforts were made to address concerns directly with one of the individuals involved, with the aim of preventing further harm and obtaining clarity. During these discussions, the individual was challenged regarding their conduct and advised to disband Sentinel Response UK and withdraw from the community with immediate effect. They refused to take accountability, attributed blame to the other party and subsequently blocked all communication.
Teams United will not accept behaviour of this nature, nor will we tolerate attempts to damage innocent people’s lives or undermine the hard work and integrity of teams both established and newly formed. Accountability and responsible conduct apply equally to all individuals, regardless of their position, following or influence.
The safeguarding community stands united. We will not allow actions of this kind to destabilise the vital work carried out across the United Kingdom. Our commitment remains firmly focused on protecting children, supporting one another and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
