Homelessness doesn’t always look the way people expect.
You don’t need to be sleeping rough to be homeless. Many people are staying with friends, living in temporary accommodation, or trying to escape unsafe situations with nowhere permanent to go.
We’ve created this post to help people better understand homelessness, and know where to get support.
If you’re worried about losing your home, your local council has a legal duty to help.
Visit our website https://www.bluetriangle.org.uk/get-help for:
• Local council contact details
• Support for veterans
• Help for people affected by domestic abuse
💙Please share — you never know who might need this information.

⛳ One step closer to the Recovery Golf Masters!
Supported people and staff from our Titchfield service have been busy preparing for the Recovery Golf Masters in Ayrshire on 30 August, with practice sessions at Annanhill Golf Course now in full swing.
The team has embraced the challenge, with four supported people and two staff members taking part. Support Worker Paul, who has played golf for some time, has been helping others build their confidence and get involved.
Thanks to generous donations of golf clubs and support from Ayrshire 360, everyone has had the opportunity to get out on the course, develop new skills and enjoy time together.
What started as preparation for a golf tournament has already become so much more — boosting wellbeing, building confidence and creating connections along the way.
💙We can't wait to see how the team gets on in August!

A fond farewell to Kieran 👋💙
This week, our Lanark team said goodbye to student Kieran as he completed his placement with Blue Triangle.
Kieran has been a pleasure to have as part of the team, bringing enthusiasm, kindness and a positive attitude throughout his time with us. To mark his final day, staff enjoyed lunch together and presented him with a few gifts.
Thank you, Kieran, for all your hard work. We wish you every success for the future!

Supported person Chris has recently been learning how to make Spaghetti Bolognese at our Titchfield Cooking Club.
Learning new recipes is a great way to build confidence and independence, and alongside cooking, staff have been sharing practical tips around batch cooking to help with budgeting.
After each session, everyone comes together to enjoy the meal, creating a relaxed space to connect, share, and spend time with peers and staff.
💙It’s great to see skills growing in the kitchen and confidence building week by week.
